The sachets are packed with type one hydrolysed marine collagen, the most common form of collagen found in the body, including in the skin, hair, bones and teeth. They also feature selenium, inositol, vitamins B6 and B12. The supplements are designed to be taken once a day for 14 days and can be taken as a drink or by themselves.
